Bring your semaglutide questions

# Which questions do you want to take?

You do not have to remember everything in the moment.

Choose the questions that matter to you. Bring the list when you speak with a licensed service that offers remote care or with a clinic in person. Leave space to ask about anything that still feels unclear.

Question to keep

What do I need answered before deciding?

Follow-up

## Room for another question

Follow-up means returning to the conversation after the first answer or visit.

A medical board is the state group that gives doctors permission to practise and records action over their conduct.

In guidance dated May 2026, the boards' national group said patients need a way to ask their clinician more questions.

This is guidance for state boards; the requirements come from each state's rules.

Guidance from the Food and Drug Administration (FDA), checked in September 2026, flags medicine sent without a licensed clinician's health review and prescription.

It also flags a service that leaves patients without a licensed doctor to answer questions once the medicine arrives.

## Pick your questions

Tick any question you want to keep. Use the list as a prompt for the conversation.

The visit

Who will assess me, and do they have permission to provide care in the state I will be in?

Can I ask the clinician follow-up questions before a decision?

The medicine

Which semaglutide product are we discussing, and what is the goal of treatment?

What need of mine does the change address if the medicine is prepared to order?

Which pharmacy will prepare or supply it, and how can I check its licence?

The bill

What is the full ongoing cost, including care, medicine, tests, and delivery?

When does a starting offer end, how does payment renew, and how do I stop it?

What happens to payment if medicine is not prescribed?

Ongoing care

How do I reach the clinician if I have a problem, and when is the next review?

What is the plan if I need to stop or care has to move in person?

Keep this thought

Ask for answers you can repeat in your own words. If an answer is unclear, ask again before making the decision.
